REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KAMAZON, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from our website may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products once opened

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at kdm@kamagroup.net with your order ID and reason for return

  2. Our team will review the request and check if it is eligible for return

  3. Upon approval, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

*We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy criteria.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide supporting images or videos for verification.

8. Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
