Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

Courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence.
